Delivery

Jongosi Jackets utilises the services of a courier company/Postnet to deliver your order to you. Courier costs within South Africa are:

  • Outlying areas = R160 (allow approximately 7 – 10 working days for delivery)
  • Main urban hubs = R100 (allow approximately 1 – 3 working days)
  • KZN Midlands / Pietermaritzburg / Durban = R60 (1 – 2 days)
  • Postnet Counter to Counter service – R99 (takes approximately 3 to 5 working days dependent on your region)

Overnight delivery is available to ‘main areas’ within South Africa. Should you wish to have your parcel overnighted to you, please email us

Order Tracking

A Waybill Number/Tracking details shall be provided after dispatch.

Payment

Once you have paid in full (EFT, Credit Card, Debit Card, Zapper) your order will be dispatched. 

Exchanges

A fee of R120 will be levied on all exchanges. We will arrange for the collection and dispatch thereof, provided they are in the same condition that they were received in. NO exchanges will be processed for worn jackets. Please note that the items being exchanged MUST be returned to Jongosi Jackets in their original packaging. Any items that are returned to Jongosi Jackets and are damaged due to inadequate protective packaging will NOT be liable for the processing of the exchange nor the cost of the exchange and/or refund. Exchanges must be effected within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your order. The cost of international exchanges will be quoted individually. Refunds

Refunds will be effected to the value of the jacket being returned to Jongosi Jackets less an R100 handling fee for the collection thereof. The refund will only be processed once the jacket is back in hand with Jongosi Jackets. Refunds will not be processed for jackets that show any measure of wear and must be effected within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your order. Please note that the items being returned for a refund MUST be returned to Jongosi Jackets in their original packaging. Any items that are returned to Jongosi Jackets and are damaged due to inadequate protective packaging will NOT be liable for the processing of the refund. 

Warranties

  • We must be notified within 3 (three) days of delivery of jackets of any faults, queries and/or issues in writing and via email to sales@jongosijackets.com
  • All correspondence on any issue must be in writing and emailed to sales@jongosijackets.com
